  • Order Processing

    Please allow 4-7 days for order processing. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. Domestic orders take 2-5 business days to arrive, international orders may take 10-15 days. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If an item is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier for investigation. No package replacements.

  • Return Policy

    All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. In case of receiving the wrong item or a defective product, contact us by email within 7 days of order delivery.
